"Do pranayama daily. Kapalbhati pranayama is good for healthy weight. Also do naukasana if overweight. Vajrasana should be done after meals for 5-10 minutes. Padmasana is also good for balanced body."

I am 43 years old mother height 5' 2". I got married at age of 22. Before Marriage I was always skinny with weight 48kg. After marriage, my weight got started increasing and reached maximum 72kg at age of 26. I was able to bring it down to 42 kg and then maintain the same even after I delivered my first child at age of 33. In last 10 years my weight is increasing year by year now reached to 51kg. I am Vegetarian and always eat home made food in right propotion with little touch of oil and organic food. No High fat or Fried food or food made of 'Maida'. Still my weight is going up gradually. Recetly my triglycerides level in blood is also high. For last one year, I get easily gas symtoms and bloating. It seems my digestion system is not doing job properly. PLEASE HELP and ADVICE.
