"Do pranayama daily. Kapalbhati pranayama is good for healthy weight. Also do naukasana if overweight. Vajrasana should be done after meals for 5-10 minutes. Padmasana is also good for balanced body."

Hello doctor,

My age is 27.i have a six month old son and I am breast feeding.i have increased 15 kgs during and after pregnancy.i am feeling very uncomfortable with increased weight.I am also getting back pain because of increased weight.My height is 5.1.Tried strict diet but no use.Please suggest me if it good to take Divya medohar vati during breast feeding.Also please suggest me the dosage.
