Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Healthy lifestyle with proper food and exercise will be beneficial to increase weight. Exercise helps to increase the muscle tone along with nutritious diet. By doing so, it nourishes the tissues promoting growth.

Ayurvedic medicines like Panchasava, Aswagandha churnam and Narasimha Rasayanam - 1tsp before food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed. It must be continued for 3-6months.

Include almonds, bananas, peanut butter, raisins, avocados, mango fruits, dates, jack fruit and sesame seeds. Reduce excess fried foods, cold foods, canned foods, salt, sugar and refined flour. Regular exercise by going to the gym is beneficial as it will increase the metabolism and the nourishment to the body. Good sleep will be necessary to have a better health and weight.
